Forget Cassettes

I was into this band three or so years ago after barely missing a show of theirs in Louisville. I’ve since considered Bruce Wayne to be one of my favorite loud-soft-loud songs. Having gotten myself into rock music in 1993, I was raised on the stuff, so this means a lot.

I’d heard around two years ago that they broke up—something to do with a member leaving to join Trail of Dead? (I am SUCH an inquisitive journalist!) Whatever; the important part is that they are indeed a functional band right now and are playing shows (ie 9/30 in Indianapolis, which I’ll try to get to).

Now, the question is, do they play older stuff, or is it too, “Oh uh, we haven’t practiced that one,” or, “Oh, ____ (who is no longer in the band) wrote that one”? Anyone? Bueller?
